DLF Promenade Goa marks DLF Malls' first shopping centre in West India, and its entry into the state's retail landscape. DLF Malls, the retail arm of real estate developer DLF Limited, is set to enter West India with the launch of its first shopping centre in Goa, located in Panjim, the state's capital. The mall is positioned within Patto Plaza, one of Panaji's most prominent commercial addresses.
Spanning over 7 lakh sq ft of meticulously designed space, it is Goa's first and largest organized mall—a landmark that seamlessly blends global sophistication with Goan charm. The mall houses more than 300 brands, including Indian and international labels across fashion, lifestyle, food and beverages, home décor, and consumer electronics categories. It hosts 290 stores, including 10 marquee anchor brands and 234 premium retail labels, offering a shopping experience as diverse as Goa itself.
The development is designed with a strong sense of place. Architecturally inspired by Goa's coastal heritage yet fully future-ready, DLF Promenade Goa marries modern minimalism with regional warmth. Beyond retail, the mall is built as an entertainment and leisure destination, with a multiplex, curated F&B zones, and ample parking, catering to both residents and Goa's large tourist footfall.
This launch is part of a larger retail push by DLF. DLF Malls currently operates six shopping centres across Delhi-NCR and Chandigarh, and the Goa project extends this footprint to the west coast for the first time, tapping into the state's growing consumer base and rising organised retail demand.
