DLF's Goa project is located in Reis Magos, North Goa — approximately 60-65 ultra-luxury villas on 38 acres of a hilltop facing the Mandovi River. This marks the developer's first super-luxury residential venture outside the Delhi-NCR region, positioning it as the Goa counterpart to its flagship Camellias and Dahlias addresses in Gurugram. The community is planned as a low-density enclave with fewer than two villas per acre, giving every home generous privacy, greenery, and river-facing views.
