DLF Promenade Goa marks a landmark moment for the state's retail scene. DLF Malls, the retail arm of real estate developer DLF Limited, is set to enter West India with the launch of its first shopping centre in Goa, to be located in Panjim, the state's capital. This is a strategic first for the brand, bringing its retail expertise beyond Delhi-NCR and Chandigarh into one of India's most visited leisure destinations.
The development itself is set to be a game-changer for organized retail in the region. Rising in the heart of Panaji's prestigious Patto Plaza, DLF Promenade Goa is set to redefine retail in the state, spanning over 7 lakh sq. ft. of meticulously designed space as Goa's first and largest organized mall. The scale and ambition of the project put it in a different league from anything currently operating in the state.
Once operational, the mall is expected to house a wide mix of retail categories. The mall will host 290 stores, including 10 marquee anchor brands, 234 premium retail labels, and a rich mix of D2C, regional, and international names. This blend is designed to cater to everyone from everyday shoppers to visitors looking for a premium, air-conditioned retail escape from Goa's heat and monsoon showers.
The format itself is substantial by any Indian retail benchmark.
