DLF has confirmed that it is preparing two new residential launches, one in Mumbai and one in Gurugram, subject to the required approvals. Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, shared the plan on the company's Q2 FY27 earnings call on 17 October 2026, positioning both launches within the October to December 2026 quarter. For homebuyers following the developer, it is a clear signal that DLF's residential pipeline is moving forward across two of India's most important property markets.
The Mumbai launch is the next phase of The Westpark in Andheri West, a project that made a strong debut in 2025. The first phase comprised four towers and 416 residences, and DLF said every unit sold in less than a week, generating more than Rs 2,300 crore in sales bookings. The first phase spans about 5.18 acres within a roughly 10-acre master plan, offering 3- and 4-bedroom residences along with a limited number of penthouses. Phase 2 is the natural continuation of that story for buyers who want to be part of the same address.
The Westpark sits off Link Road in Andheri West, with access to the Western Express Highway, SV Road and New Link Road. Residents also benefit from proximity to metro stations, and Metro Line 2A, an 18.6-km elevated corridor with 17 stations linking Dahisar and DN Nagar, adds an important transit link across the western suburbs. DLF has also highlighted nearby access to healthcare, schools, hospitality and retail, making the neighbourhood convenient for everyday life.
On the Gurugram side, Ohri described the proposed project as a luxury offering, and it will sit alongside The Dahlias, DLF's existing luxury residential project in the city. The company has kept the site and marketed name under wraps for now, and the focus is on bringing a premium product to a market where DLF has been building for decades. DLF began developing in Gurugram in 1985, and the city remains central to its residential identity.
DLF was founded in 1946 by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh and today describes itself as India's largest publicly listed real estate company, with residential, commercial and retail properties across 15 states and 24 cities. DLF Home Developers Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Limited, developed The Westpark in partnership with Trident Realty, and the company's Mumbai entry in 2025 marked a significant step into the city's residential market.
Looking ahead, Ashok Tyagi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said the company expects a couple more launches over the next two quarters while sales continue at The Dahlias. Westpark Phase 2 is the first of those milestones, and homebuyers who follow DLF's updates can expect further details as each launch moves closer to its date.
