DLF Mall of India Gurugram is a major retail destination planned in DLF Cyber City, one of Gurugram's most dynamic commercial addresses. Spread across roughly 25 lakh sq ft, the mall is being developed as a leasing destination for brands, dining and entertainment, backed by an investment of around Rs 2,200 crore.
Its location is a big part of the appeal. The mall sits beside NH-8 near the Delhi-Gurugram border and is about half a kilometre from the developer's popular DLF CyberHub, so it fits neatly into the Cyber City shopping circuit. Office workers from nearby campuses will find it an easy after-work stop, while weekend shoppers get a full day out.
For brands, the scale stands out. DLF already runs DLF Summit Plaza, around 4.8 lakh sq ft, and DLF Mega Mall on Golf Course Road with close to 2.9 lakh sq ft of lettable space. This new mall adds a much larger canvas for retail in the area.
Launch & possession: The mall is expected to be operational in 2029, adding a long-term retail anchor to Cyber City.
About the developer: DLF Limited was founded in 1946 as Delhi Land & Finance and is headquartered at DLF Gateway Tower in Phase 2, Gurugram. Upcoming infrastructure: Delhi Metro Phase 4 plans an extension of the Yellow Line beyond HUDA City Centre, bringing direct access from central Delhi, including Rajiv Chowk. A 16-lane expressway on NH-48, linking to DLF 5 and Golf Course Road, is also in progress and will improve road access to Cyber City.
