The opportunity was previously presented as an approximately 29-acre Sector 61 site, with an estimated saleable area of 7.5 million sq ft and estimated sales potential of ₹20,000 crore. Those estimates relate to the earlier site and are distinct from the combined landholding.
The development is at the upcoming stage. DLF announced its collaboration for the additional parcel on October 17, 2026, and said the land deal was expected to be completed by March-end.
