Luxury beauty and lifestyle brands keep choosing DLF Malls to enter the Indian market.
Enquire NowDLF Malls is once again in the headlines for the right reasons. The retail arm of India's largest listed real estate developer has been steadily adding marquee names to its shopping destinations across Delhi-NCR, reinforcing its position as the country's most sought-after address for luxury and lifestyle retail. The latest addition making waves is Charlotte Tilbury, the globally renowned British beauty brand, which has opened its doors at DLF Mall of India in Noida. DLF Mall of India has welcomed globally renowned beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury, marking a significant addition to its luxury retail portfolio. The launch reflects DLF Mall of India's continued focus on curating an aspirational mix of international and luxury brands.
This isn't an isolated event. It's part of a much larger, sustained push. DLF Malls has introduced over 80 new brands to its properties across Delhi NCR since April, reinforcing its position as a leader in India's retail sector. This expansion spans key DLF locations including DLF Mall of India, DLF Promenade, DLF Avenue, DLF CyberHub, Horizon Plaza, and DLF Cyber Park, with new brands catering to diverse categories such as fashion, food and beverage, and beauty and wellness. The beauty and wellness segment in particular has seen a wave of high-profile arrivals. Shoppers at DLF Mall of India can now explore Chanel, while DLF Promenade houses Armani Beauty, and Dior Beauty also adds a premium selection of fragrances, makeup, and skincare products, while Nykaa Luxe caters to beauty enthusiasts at DLF CyberHub and DLF Mall of India.
DLF has also been leaning into experiential retail alongside pure brand additions. Its recent "Summer Up" campaign is a good example. DLF Malls launched its vibrant Summer Up campaign across DLF Mall of India, DLF Promenade and DLF Avenue, running from April 15 to May 20, 2026. The campaign reimagines summer shopping by seamlessly integrating curated fashion with cutting-edge digital experiences, built around the theme 100 Looks, 1 Summer. The edits feature collections from globally recognized brands such as Zara, H&M, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Marks & Spencer, Aldo and Charles & Keith.
Leadership at DLF Retail has been vocal about the strategy behind this expansion. Pushpa Bector, Senior Executive Director at DLF Retail, has repeatedly emphasised that curation, not just square footage, is the priority. She has said that at DLF Malls, customer centricity remains at the heart of everything they do, and that the company continuously strengthens categories and carefully curates a dynamic brand mix so every visit becomes an immersive experience, particularly reinforcing fashion, beauty & wellness, and dining during the festive season.
The brand momentum is backed by hard numbers on the ground. DLF Malls today has 4.2 million square feet of retail space, with 673 unique brands including over 300 international names and 168 F&B outlets across malls. This scale isn't static either — DLF is actively expanding its physical retail footprint too. DLF will open new shopping malls across Delhi and Gurugram, along with its upcoming Goa mall, in FY2026, adding close to 14 lakh square feet to its retail portfolio. It has already opened Midtown Plaza in Moti Nagar, West Delhi, a multi-level retail development spanning approximately 2,80,000 sq ft, with confirmed tenants including Crossword Bookstores, Nykaa Luxe, Kama Ayurveda, GKB Opticals and Third Wave Coffee.
Why should a homebuyer care about mall brand announcements? Because in DLF's ecosystem, retail and residential growth are deeply linked. Malls like DLF Mall of India, DLF Promenade and DLF Avenue don't just anchor shopping — they sit at the heart of catchments filled with DLF's own residential and office developments, directly influencing rental yields, footfall-driven commercial value, and overall lifestyle quotient for nearby homeowners. The Midtown Plaza sits within walking distance of Capital Greens I, II, and III and ONE Midtown, with these residential developments together housing more than 3,500 families that form its primary catchment. As DLF continues stacking global brands into its malls, the value proposition for buyers in nearby DLF residential projects — from established addresses to upcoming ones — only gets stronger.
