DLF Privana Enclave Receives HARERA Registration

DLF’s Privana Enclave has received registration from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, marking a key step for the new residential plotted phase. Registered on 23 July 2026 as GGM/1079/811/2026/51, the project is identified as Phase VII of DLF’s wider Privana colony in Sectors 76/77.

The phase covers 4.66 acres and comprises 41 residential plots. The approved plot areas range from 204 sq m to 426 sq m, with nine size categories in total. The largest groups are 14 plots of 204 sq m and 14 plots of 286 sq m; the remaining plots are distributed across seven other sizes.

The layout allocates 10,932.80 sq m to plots for sale, 6,031.615 sq m to roads and 1,902 sq m to parks and playgrounds. Planned site infrastructure includes internal roads and pavements, water supply, storm-water drainage, electricity, street lighting, sewer lines and rainwater harvesting. As a plotted development, the land is intended for future home construction by plot owners.

DLF’s filing gives 30 April 2033 as the likely project completion date. The registration application was submitted on 25 May 2026, and the layout and building-plan approval dates recorded in the filing are both 8 May 2026. The project is part of a larger 116.29625-acre Privana colony, with each phase registered separately.

The site is in Gurugram’s Sectors 76/77, with access to the Southern Peripheral Road and NH-48. Nearby destinations include Broadways International School, around 1.8 km away, Kunskapsskolan International School, around 3.2 km away, and Sapphire 83 Mall, around 3.1 km away. Millennium City Centre Gurugram is the nearest listed operational metro station, approximately 11.02 km from the project.

DLF, founded in 1946, has a long-standing presence in Gurugram, where it began developing DLF City in 1985 and DLF Cyber City in 2003.
