Enquire NowDLF is planning a group-housing development in Sector 61, Gurugram, near Golf Course Extension Road. The opportunity brings together an approximately 36-acre contiguous land parcel, following a collaboration for an additional 7.48 acres alongside the earlier site.
A May 2024 presentation described the original opportunity as approximately 29 acres, with around 7.5 million sq ft of potential saleable area, including additional potential from TOD/TDR. DLF estimated sales potential above ₹20,000 crore for that opportunity; this is a project-level estimate, not a home price.
The site’s scale and position place it within an established part of Gurugram, with nearby destinations including Ardee Mall, WorldMark Gurgaon, Paras Hospitals and CK Birla Hospital. DLF indicated that the Sector 61 launch is planned for FY 2027–28.
The development is at the land-planning stage. DLF, founded in 1946, reports 178 real-estate projects developed and approximately 349 million sq ft of area developed in its FY 2024–25 annual report.
