DLF The Aureva Sells Out for ₹1,985 Crore

DLF announced on 4 October 2026 that all 172 units at The Aureva, its retirement living project in Sector 63, Gurugram, had sold. Launched in August 2026, the project achieved a complete sell-out in approximately two months.

The reported total sales value is ₹1,985 crore. That works out to an average price realization of about ₹11.5 crore per apartment, while units were marketed at ₹28,000 per sq ft.

The project occupies 4.17 acres and comprises a single tower with 45 floors above ground. Its homes are configured as 4 BHK apartments and are aimed at the luxury retirement housing segment.

DLF Managing Director and Chief Business Officer Aakash Ohri confirmed the sell-out. He also indicated that DLF plans to provide healthcare infrastructure for the project, with the healthcare company yet to be decided and a decision timeline of four years.
