Tulsiwadi, Tardeo

Tucked into South Mumbai, Tulsiwadi is a residential sublocality in Arya Nagar in South Mumbai and the pin code is 400034. It was originally known for its Tulsi farms but now the area is well developed with residential buildings, and today it is famous for its proximity to major landmarks in South Mumbai like Mahalakshmi Temple, Haji Ali Dargah and Breach Candy.

The locality sits in the middle of one of Mumbai's most established addresses. It is well connected to Arya Nagar, Tardeo and Grant Road, and predominantly houses upper-middle-class families working in corporate offices and businesses in nearby commercial hubs. The project SPV has already registered three residential towers with RERA and secured funding from Oaktree Capital to support project development.

On the ground, this translates into steady demand for existing homes. Tulsiwadi is considered a developing area of Mumbai, and in recent years many new high-rise residential buildings have come up in the locality, while the real estate market has been steady with upward property rate movements in recent years, and being well-connected and close to important commercial centres, the locality remains attractive for property buyers.
