About DLF Downtown Taramani Phase 2

DLF Downtown Taramani is one of Chennai's most significant commercial developments, built through a joint venture structure that brings together DLF's development expertise with institutional capital. DCCDL is a joint venture between DLF and Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC. The land itself came through a partnership with the state: TIDCO, in association with DLF Ltd, is setting up an Information Technology Park in 26.64 acres in Taramani, Chennai.

The campus is being built in phases to meet the growing demand from global occupiers. Spanning an expansive 28-acre campus and ~7 million sq. ft. of state-of-the-art office spaces, including operational Phase 1 and the upcoming Phase 2, this development offers unparalleled amenities designed to foster an ideal work-life balance. Phase 2 is the next big leg of this growth story: DLF Downtown Phase 2 is set to be operational soon, with Towers 4 and 5 adding 3.6 million sq. ft. of next-generation workspaces to the campus.

The scale of investment reflects DLF's long-term commitment to Chennai's IT corridor. In this park, DLF will develop about 7 million sq. ft. space at an estimated project cost of Rs.5000 Crore.
