DCCDL is a joint venture between DLF and Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC. The land itself came through a partnership with the state: TIDCO, in association with DLF Ltd, is setting up an Information Technology Park in 26.64 acres in Taramani, Chennai.
The campus is being built in phases to meet the growing demand from global occupiers. Spanning an expansive 28-acre campus and ~7 million sq. ft. of state-of-the-art office spaces, including operational Phase 1 and the upcoming Phase 2, this development offers unparalleled amenities designed to foster an ideal work-life balance. Phase 2 towers are planned with large, efficient floor plates similar to Phase 1's DT1-DT3 blocks, which range from roughly 14,000 sq ft to over 80,000 sq ft per configuration, allowing occupiers to consolidate or scale operations on a single floor.
